I wrote this about two years ago, and most of it was betaed at that time by rainbowchicken (thanks!), but somehow I didn't post it. I actually thought I remembered posting it, but it wasn't here and it wasn't in bsgslash, so I guess I didn't. In my defense, this was just around the time when I got a second job and started working about a zillion hours a week for a year. Anyway, here it is. Enjoy!

For a little over a month I've been working on a project of making screencaps of all the slash I see in Battlestar Galactica: The Original Series. Apollo and Starbuck are one of the slashiest pairs I've seen yet, and the visual evidence is overwhelming. I think this project is going to go on until I've collected my favorite scenes from every episode.

This is an index I'm making to keep track of what I've done so far. I will update this entry as I go, linking to the caps of each episode which are scattered throughout the bsgslash community. Once I've finished the project, I will post an index to bsgslash. For now, if you are interested in these and want one comprehensive entry to keep in memories, this is it.

As of very recently I suddenly have a reasonable number of actual people on my flist (as opposed to communities), so I thought I might try posting something I've been thinking about that doesn't precisely fit into one of my communities.

I have noticed that there is something of a taboo among slash fans against talking about actor intent in scenes with lots of physical slashiness. I can understand why this taboo would be in effect. Most of us (happily) would like to be respectful to the actors and their private lives, and starting to talk about actor intent can cross way over that line. I want to talk about it, though, so I give you:
